StudyPace is a web app that helps you plan study goals, time focus sessions, schedule topic reviews and see your study hours. The free version is free to use with no time limit. Pro features are unlocked with a license key bought through a one-time payment. StudyPace is sold under the Dowel Pages studio brand; contact details are on the Contact page.
You must be at least 16 years old to use StudyPace and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy Pro. A parent or guardian may buy Pro for a younger user.
StudyPace only records and organizes the information you enter and suggests review dates using a fixed schedule. It does not give educational, academic, medical or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any grade, score, admission, approval or other result. StudyPace is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, university, government body or exam board. Take regular breaks and look after your health while studying.
Your data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for it, including making backups. We cannot see or recover data deleted from your browser.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StudyPace. A Pro key is for your own personal use on your own devices. Do not share, publish or resell keys; publicly shared keys may be disabled in future versions. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
The price is shown in US dollars before you pay and is charged once through Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Pro is delivered immediately after payment. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as described in the Refund Policy. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law.
We work to keep StudyPace available and working correctly, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Timers and reminders depend on your device and browser; do not rely on StudyPace for anything critical such as exam start times.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or US$20 if you used only the free version). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Do not use StudyPace for anything illegal or to attack or overload the website.
We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not take away Pro features you already paid for. You can stop using StudyPace at any time by deleting your data.
Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly by email. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live.
